Terms & Conditions

Period of Agreement

Initially Agreement period is of 5 years after 5 year it can be renewed by paying 50 percent of initial franchisee fee.

Royalty

No royalty is applicable for academic year from 2nd academic onwards it will 10 percent on total fee collected.

Franchisee Fee

It varies from city to city depending on tier I II or III

Dedicated Center Area

No other KinderGarten will be open in radius of 3 KM from the existing KinderGarten in area.

Payments

All payments shall be made in favour of S.L. Educations (Delhi).

GST

GST will be applicable as per Govt rule.
